Flights
All self-funded registered participants are requested to arrange for their own flights.  For registered participants with approved sponsorship, your sponsoring organization will contact you for detailed procedures on travel arrangement. To facilitate flight reservations, an overview of the main airlines that flies to Colombo are listed below.

We are in coordination with the Sri Lankan government in facilitating the approval of a business type of ETA on arrival process for most participants.

We request that you provide us with copy of the bio page of your passport in compliance with Sri Lankan Department of Immigration and Emigration requirements by sending us a clear scanned copy of the first page of your passport in pdf or jpeg file format only. This is the page where your ID photo and passport details are indicated. If validity period of passport is separately endorsed kindly attached that page as well. Please note that your passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of arrival to Sri Lanka.

Upon your arrival at the Bandaranaike International Airport, kindly proceed to the Visa on Arrival Counter (Integrated Conference special counter) and present your passport and pay the required visa fee of US$ 35.

For participants holding a passport from below listed countries, kindly be advised that you still need to apply for a visa from the Sri Lankan Overseas Missions in your home country. Likewise, we will still need a scanned copy of your passport so we can send this in advance to the Sri Lankan Department of Immigration and Emigration as well. If the passport details are in other languages other than English, please attached the certified translation of the same.
